You don't need a prescription to order a cocktail in this Officine. The Grand Hôtel-Dieu's jazzy cocktail bar. Enter via Le Grand Réfectoire, climb the back staircase to reach the first floor and enter the cosy world of l'Officine, a muffled showcase for mixology. The bottles behind the bar are the potions used by the excellent team of bartenders to compose the finest cocktails. They fuse, invent, inspire and serve top-flight cocktails: Signature with a Tiki Blinders or the Royal Praline. Cocktails of the moment and made-to-measure available.
