A shoe repair shop at Upper Shoes
A service that is aimed at Upper Shoes customers, of course, but not only: the shoe repair shop is a real boutique in its own right, which takes the form of a shop in the shop in our Quai de la Pêcherie store.
Anatole Weill is the custodian of a know-how passed on for generations by the Compagnons du Devoir, which allows us to offer tailor-made services, within a traditional shoemaker's shop positioned upmarket.
Using artisanal "bootmaker" techniques, the complete leather resealing is the specialty of the shoe repair shop: it is carried out in the bootmaker tradition, sewn under engraving for the most prestigious. Finishing is done by hand, as in custom-made, and the linings are changed. A complete maintenance is carried out on all the pairs which pass by our workshop, glazing on request.
The shoes are embedded in the blade with a rounded shape according to the "bootmaker" tradition; a wide selection of colors is available to match the original colors of the soles (Louboutin red, Santoni or Hermès orange...). The inset shoes are brass screwed, and the slides are sewn in the original stitches.
