Un seul bémol, l'isolation sonique extérieur fait défaut. Un peu bruyant .
La moquette était très moyenne en terme de propreté et je ne veux même pas savoir ce qu’il y avait en dessous ( le sol était tout bosselé).
Double vitrage efficace.
