Housed in the former stables of the Hôtel de Ville, this museum doesn't smell of mothballs, but rather of Lyonnais specialties. An authentic bouchon that doesn't need a coat of arms to claim to be one, and you only need to step inside to understand this. There's no intimacy here, just conviviality. Elbow to elbow with our neighbors, we wait for the menu to be recited. In the kitchen, Quentin continues to prepare the best hot brioche sausage in the universe. Pots de vin on the table.
