Absolument délicieux, les ris de veau sont mémorables! Croustillants à l'extérieur et fondants à l'intérieur, très généreux en belles morilles. A souligner : la traditionnelle Quenelle maison est tout simplement une tuerie. Bref, allez y les yeux fermés
