Based in a pretty building at the very top of the Grande Côte, this CAP pastry chef offers delicious cakes, but also Christmas logs or ice cream cones for summer, brioches and cookies for afternoon tea, all made without milk, eggs or butter! A treat in every bite. On the spot or to take away, in small individual formats or in a version to share, here are a few homemade delights with chocolate Wonka, pecan whirl or a lemon basil tart.
