A superb selection of wines by a passionate man who knows how to show us his favorites, and who, along with his cooks, regales us with a seasonal menu and dishes that tantalize our taste buds. In the evening, the tapas-style plates mix cultures and open horizons to Spain, Asia... A journey we're happy to share.
