LAITERIE GRENOBLOISE
An urban dairy that produces yoghurts and cheeses on site - what a great idea! Propelled by Sébastien and Pierre-Sylvain, La Laiterie Grenobloise is the first of its kind in our city. Somewhere between a laboratory and a maturing cellar, it's a place where products are made, right before our eyes, and sold, using milk collected every week in the Vercors. In the short circuit, fresh cheeses are prepared in the hâloir, while others are matured in a spruce cellar, for a tasty home-made range, such as this raclette cheese arriving this winter. The range is rounded out by a selection of PDO cheeses from near and far, as well as local delicatessen products. To be discovered soon.
