Taken over in 2012 by Cédric Garna and Christophe Chaperon, and having spread throughout France, Laiterie Gilbert continues to offer a selection of the finest products, favoring short distribution channels, starting with yogurts, white cheeses, thick or liquid cream or milk stamped with the chamois brand. PDO cheeses served on a platter and raclette platters in winter, fondues too, but also charcuterie of the same quality, regional beers and wines to make up an excellent aperitif board.
