The building was inaugurated in 1967 to host the figure skating events of the 1968 Winter Olympics. It's the biggest club in Grenoble's inner city, the right bank's must-see club of venerable age, which might give it an underground air. Ideal for a change of atmosphere, even if some of the rooms fill up very quickly (and it becomes difficult to move). This hall dedicated to classical music, a 300-seat auditorium installed in the former chapel of the Minimes convent founded in the 17th century, is located in the heart of old Grenoble, in one of the oldest streets. The D'Enfer Pub can take you to paradise... This is undoubtedly one of Grenoble's friendliest pubs. A pub with an old-fashioned atmosphere, with darts, table soccer and billiards. But it's the quality of the beer selection and the acoustic rock concerts that make this place so famous. The upstairs is a little low-ceilinged, but you can stay on the first floor to enjoy the warm ambience and share a pint, a terrible pitcher of planteur, cocktails or, better still, a pure malt whisky. From a delicious breakfast of pancakes and banana bread, to a lunch of buddha bowls and amazing wraps, not forgetting the homemade brunch, certainly one of the best in town. And, of course, a coffee to go with a homemade pastry. Already a must.

Opening its terrace onto Place aux Herbes, La Renaissance is one of the city's oldest cafés (1917). More than a century old, the café is run by a friendly, dynamic team who welcome you with a smile all day long. The shaded terrace alone is well worth a break, but you must enter the café if only to admire the original ceiling, now restored to its former glory. Outside or on the benches inside, you can take your time savouring life in Grenoble. And to complete the range of beverages on offer, the Renaissance offers a traditional à la carte menu to share moments of dolce vita over a glass of Italian wine.

Quintessence is well established in the Rue de Strasbourg gourmet scene. As Magritte pointed out, this is not a beer (and neither is a bear...). But at Not a Beer, you can drink as much as you like! A fine address in the lively heart of Grenoble, it's both a late-hours boutique and a beer bar for zythologists and amateurs in search of fine discoveries. The gay club has been in existence for 30 years and still has the wind. One of Grenoble's most famous clubs, above the Absolute, and composed of a bar, a dance track with on the side of the DJ and a cage - for those who like to exhibit their talents of dancers. A pleasant and friendly atmosphere, music électro, clubbing, 80 ' s and 90 ' s, in short, an explosive cocktail!

If there are two essential things, it's to have a bike that rolls and to settle down in a place with a high level of coolness to have a coffee, a preferably local beer, or even a Chartreuse (because they're just plants...). In the Saint-Bruno district, a place with several trays, like our bike, for a good ravito.
