Just a stone's throw from Place Victor Hugo, in place of Le Phénomène, Colette opened its doors at the beginning of the year. New retro decor, new beautiful furniture and... new owners Mélanie and Maé, whom we met at SOS Apéro. The evening program at Chez Colette includes cocktails and mocktails, beers, wines, well-served tapas, gourmet aperitif boards, homemade spreads and good times, all to be shared in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. On the menu, a dozen cocktails with signature creations and classics, always made with top-quality spirits. Good sound, good atmosphere, good bottles and good cocktails: Colette has it all.
