It is between Bayonne and Espelette that Pierre, Marie and their very dynamic Stéphanie produce the PDO Espelette chilli pepper, in strict compliance with the specifications. Approximately 80,000 plants on 3 hectares are grown, from sowing to processing into powder, from bottling to shipping to individuals, restaurants, delicatessens... Available in puree, jelly, mustard to decorate fish, meat, omelettes... "Red gold" guaranteed authentic and without intermediaries.

Open all year round. Producer of PDO Espelette chilli pepper. Visit of the farm (duration: 1 hour) and sale: Tuesday/Friday at 6pm, Wednesday: 10:30am and 6pm. Tasting. Online shop with order and payment on line on catalogue.

Owner's Message

We are a family farm created in 1974.

Located in the A.O.C. and A.O.P. zone, in the town of Ustaritz, in the Basque Country (64), we have a production of 80,000 feet of Espelette peppers. Our company employs 4 people all year round and up to 8 in season.

From the sowing to the transformation in powder or derivative, all our production is made on the spot.
