A beautiful patisserie full of delicacies in Ustaritz, and you'll only want to come back to taste everything! Everything here is homemade by our young craftsmen, Marylin and Andreas, pastry chefs by trade: cakes, pastries, sourdough breads, ice creams, chocolate bars, beggars, sandwiches... Classic cakes as well as more modern ones and creations such as almond sablé, crème brûlée vanilla cream, rhubarb confit, rhubarb mousse... A range that evolves according to the fruit in season and the chef's inspiration.
