BELHARRA FOOD & WINE

Belharra was born 3 years ago in the Basque Country, in this country attached to traditions, Belharra rediscovers the taste of authenticity through the encounters of women and men who perpetuate a heritage and a culinary know-how

William grew up in the gastronomy of the South-West of France, with a curious nature, sensitive to the pleasures of the five senses, he wanted to discover the gastronomic heritage of the Basque Country and its surroundings, by roaming the countryside and the seaside to meet the farmers and fishermen

Belharra is looking for ancestral know-how that allows him to rediscover the taste of the good, the true and the healthy. It now collaborates with artisans who continue to offer surprising and gourmet local products, which arouse the taste buds through taste, texture and smell. Our products are present in some corners of France. Belharra is also committed to eco-responsibility.
