The small village of Taron, in the communauté de communes du canton de Garlin, has revealed its winegrowing past thanks to ancient mosaics. It's a lovely nod to the Domaine de la Caillabère, taken over in the 1990s by Jean-Marc Larroudé, a passionate aesthete. With 4 hectares of organically farmed vines, he produces elegant cuvées, some of which are sulfur-free. Equipped with ultra-modern cellars, the estate has perfect mastery of its vinifications. Awarded several medals, including a new gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in 2022, he proudly hoists the Béarn appellation alongside the great Madirans.

Parfaitement bien reçu par le maître des lieux Fort sympathique, vous aurez Le plaisir et la chance de goûter ce magnifique vin au caractère trempé. Facilement différentiable par ses arômes et son corps solide vous serez séduits par le tannat béarnais. Un réel coup de cœur.
