At the age of 25, Léa Vazquez founded Fèves & Chocolat, an artisan chocolate factory where everything is homemade, from the sorting of the beans to the bar. A proponent of "Bean to Bar" - a method of making chocolate from A to Z - Léa and her team work with organic cooperatives to ensure fair and ethical production. Awarded a prize by the Guide des Croqueurs de Chocolat for her coconut-fleur de sel praline, the young master craftswoman combines passion, high standards and commitment.
