A staple of Basque delicacies, it has been delighting generations of gourmets since 1946. You'll find classic regional chocolates such as Rocher de Biarritz, Touron Basque, Calissons and cocoa powder... In winter, truffettes make their appearance and, all year round, chocolate lollipops, tablettes and a farandole of caramels are on the menu. The House is also renowned for its excellent pastries. Gâteau basque, millefeuille, Saint-Honoré, fruit tarts, baba au rhum... and more. A difficult choice!

déçu par les rochers chocolat. L'intérieur est garni d'une gaufrette qui déssert le goût du chocolat. Au final, on a plus l'impression d'un biscuit que d'une gourmandise au chocolat. Dommage. A 3 € l'unité, ne soutient pas la comparaison avec d'autres chocolatiers du coin
