Jean-Marc Casteigt has been a "master craftsman saurisseur" since 1989. His talent and the quality of his products have been acclaimed by critics and gourmets alike, and he has received an award from the International Culinary Order. Every week, 60 to 70 fishes leave his laboratory, whole or sliced, to be distributed mainly in fish shops and delicatessens, in Aquitaine and in Paris. His passion is contagious and his children Marie-Sophie, his brother Pierre and his partner Nicolas are now taking over!

With fresh fish arriving every day, mainly wild fish (mostly from Brittany) but also shrimp and Scottish red label salmon and other delicacies from the sea, the fishmonger's attracts crowds! Alain also offers home-made dishes and beautiful quality preserves. His good mood offers a warm welcome and the advice that goes with it! We love it! The novelty: a row offers fish and fillets that can be eaten on the day or frozen at 40% of the selling price.
