Pauline (spirits specialist) and Gauthier (oenology specialist) created in 2022 a very nice concept between a wine and spirits cellar of the world and a tasting area / wine bar. Trained and passionate about wine and spirits, these two globetrotters take you on their travels and their wine stories! We love listening to them talk about the vineyards they discovered, the winemakers they met or the cocktail recipes they put forward! Very nice, personalized welcome and the possibility of nibbling on a board in the cosy tasting area.
