Attractive stand presenting exclusively raw milk cheeses that Alexandre defends tooth and nail! Thus you will see the farmhouse ossau, the tome with jurançon, this goat cheese with a taste of fruit, the comté matured for 24 months, the very mild artisanal roquefort, the gabietou and the estibère. Alongside these excellent products are cheeses from all over France, including Stilton from England at Christmas, Camembert with Calvados, Brie with truffles, and all year round small goats, the famous Ring of Vic-Bilh, the Ashen Goat, from Louvie-Juzon.
