This is a very well located restaurant, located in the Cormont street which runs along the cathedral, where it is nice to stop. The decoration is reminiscent of a typical brewery: a mixture of Bordeaux and copper under a fairly low ceiling, and the service is done carefully. The kitchen is of high quality, but one can regret a lack of originality with regard to the accompaniments, which, whatever the dish chosen, are often the same. The terrace is very pleasant in the shade of Notre-Dame Cathedral.

To know the menus, go to the school site and then in "Who are we? " and "Our means", down, you will find the menu of the application restaurant. You often have the choice between meat or fish. There is also a bistro formula.

It is three years since Mr Lafollet revives our Grandmothers'kitchen. Everything is done home from fresh products. The master of the places makes his creed. The opportunity to discover or rediscover the dishes of our soils which have made the reputation of the place like the Tripoux of Auvergne, the head of calf, the cassoulet but also the classic couscous of the house. Located next to the culture house, where its name is, the place is ideal for going out of a show. The reception is warm, especially on the part of the boss, who most of the time will greet you in person upon arrival and departure. The card is a little limited, but in return the dishes are cooked with fresh products, and prices are reasonable. Only fish lovers will really be penalized by this lack of choice, and even more so by vegetarians. Others will delight, for example, with the Foie gras, or the rump pad.
