Very nice application restaurant offering a predefined menu at low prices

A very nice restaurant which has the added advantage of being open for lunch and dinner. Of course you have to make a reservation! Here it is the students of the hotel school who provide the service and work in the kitchen. This restaurant allows them to apply the teaching they have received, hence the term "application restaurant". The menu is predefined and changes daily. You can find it every week on the website. An original way to go to the restaurant at low prices and discover the future great chefs.

Je ne remercierais jamais assez les équipes qui se sont occupés de mon fils qui était dans une autre école pour une 3eme prepa-metiers. Il a hâte de venir faire son cap, son bac et son BTS. Oui malgré ses difficultés je souhaite qu'il regarde loin devant lui. Son rêve 2 étoiles. A dans quelques mois j'espère.

La soirée au restaurant d'application était vraiment top ! On a très très bien mangé, c'était super bon, très bien préparé et présenté ! Bravo aux cuistots et apprentis cuistots qui ont vraiment fait du beau et bon boulot ????????‍???? il y avait 6 services, tous aussi incroyables les uns que les autres. J'ai l'habitude d'essayer de nouveaux restaurants un peu partout et bien qu'ils soient encore en apprentissage, ils se débrouillent mieux ou au moins aussi bien que beaucoup de restaurateurs !
Au niveau du service, quasiment rien à redire non plus, on sent quand-même que certains sont plus à l'aise que d'autres mais globalement c'est très bien, continuez comme ça !
