This charming 5-hectare estate, located in the Pyrenean foothills not far from Pau, belongs to the Arraou family. No longer part of the Jurançon appellation, these passionate winegrowers practice pure, input-free biodynamic winemaking. Their eco-responsible winery hosts experiments such as the ovoid vat made of limestone and clay, promoting ideal micro-oxygenation. Their range includes sweet, dry, mellow, macerated and sparkling white wines, with a particular focus on the world-renowned Cuvée Argile.
