Domaine Bayard perfectly combines a passion for wine and the art of entertaining. As a producer of Jurançon wines, it stands out for its expertise and commitment to excellence. Carefully cultivated vines and traditional winemaking techniques produce exceptional wines. Enthusiasts can taste these wines in a dedicated area, discovering the full richness of Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng grape varieties. Tours of the estate and winery are also available. In addition to its viticulture, Domaine Bayard offers a magnificent function room ideal for private and professional events.

This charming 5 hectare estate, located in the Pyrenean foothills not far from Pau, is owned by the Arraou family. With a production that has recently left the Jurançon appellation, these talented winegrowers have taken their biodynamic approach and have launched a pure vinification without any input. In this eco-responsible winery, new experiments are developed such as the ovoid vat made of limestone and clay inspired by the ancient Roman jars and which allows an optimal micro-oxygenation. Sweet, mellow, dry, maceration or natural sparkling white wines are produced... With a particular focus on the Argile cuvée, which has already seduced the world's greatest tables.

In the orchards of the Monein region, it grows and flourishes in the sun of the Jurançon region, which gives it a beautiful intense yellow color: the Roussanne peach is a real treasure and you absolutely must taste it!
