The Marracq family ? A real institution in Bearn. Meat is their specialty. Fourth of the name, Romain perpetuates this tradition with brio. His butcher's shop offers a range of homemade charcuterie (90%). A delicatessen department is made on the spot by cooks. The range of cooked dishes is in the same excellence, from the rabbit hunter to the stew through the blanquette, the recipes have the good taste of the real kitchen. Possibility to order meat packages. The quality is always there and the welcome is impeccable.
