The Marracq family, a Béarn institution, excels in the art of meat. Romain is the fourth generation to carry on this tradition with passion. His butcher's shop offers 90% home-made charcuterie, as well as a delicatessen prepared on site. Prepared dishes, from rabbit chasseur to daube, are a true invitation to authentic gastronomy.
