It's a gourmet's paradise, where you'll find everything to satisfy your sweet and savoury cravings. The famous black cherries macerate in the workshop. The other attraction: chocolate with Espelette chilli pepper and Muxu d'Itxassou, a pear-flavoured cherry from Brana, coated in dark chocolate. Ewe's and goat's cheeses, sauces, cooked dishes all flavoured with Espelette chilli pepper, Eki beers, Irouléguy wines and Basque linen: quite a showcase!
