The Relais Thalasso restaurant is a must if you want to enjoy elegant local cuisine that combines tradition and creativity, with a chef at the helm who gives free rein to seasonal produce and his own inspiration. tables bien dressées, belle terrasse et cuisine simple mais efficace au Bidassoa. J'y ai pris un onctueux aux fruits rouges en dessert. Excellent.
