He will welcome you and advise you on your choice of wines, whiskies, champagnes and spirits, adapting to your budget, the circumstances or the dish to accompany. He may even have a discovery to share with you... You'll also be served by Guillaume, a qualified wine merchant since 2016, who joined Eric shortly after the wine cellar opened. It's an opportunity for him to live out his passion for taste and gastronomy. With a wealth of experience in the restaurant trade, throughout France and its islands, he can guide you in your food and wine pairings for a meal, a menu or a reception.
