Sylvie, from the Charente and based in the heart of Cambo-les-Bains, is a baker by trade. Her store is bursting with sweet smells and flavors. It's hard to resist the pralines, cherry galettes, Basque versions of the famous galette charentaise, angéliques and walnut croquants, not to mention the sweets made with... piment d'Espelette (the town is very close). And don't forget our collection of coffees, including organic San Antonio from Guatemala, PU ERH tea with rose petals, Earl Grey rooïbos and blood orange rooïbos...
