In the store of the Harizkazuia Farm, you can buy the products of the house, all kinds of honeys of course: chestnut honey, acacia honey, honey with 2 flowers, borage honey, Erika heather honey, Espelette pepper honey, honey and salt, cinnamon honey, pollen, propolis, with recipes, but also candles, sweets, soaps, etc. And it is important to know that all the products come from local, wild and spontaneous flowerings, thus respecting the conditions necessary to the respect of the specifications of the organic beekeeping.

Gourmandise, seriousness and quality to qualify this house which, since 1964, regales Cambo-les-Bains and well beyond. Basque cakes and a whole range of chocolates, caramels, marzipan and many other pastry delights are made to the delight of young and old. Everything here is home-made: pastries, confectionery, aperitifs for weddings, receptions, lunches. As well for the private individuals as for the companies. And this terrace overlooking the Nive river invites you to taste these sweets.

After working in Australia and Polynesia, Nelly and David fell under the spell of Cambo-les-Bains. A pastry chef by trade, David has surrounded himself with a brigade whose average age is under 30. The bakery is bustling with activity from dawn onwards, offering around fifteen different types of bread, Basque cakes and other delicious sweet treats, all made fresh on the premises. The "house" specialty: chocolate marbré. A local business, but above all a quality one!

It's small but big on selections, advice and conviviality. Ludo and Arnaud, at the helm, give preference to authentic producers. A tour of France: from the Loire along the Atlantic coast to the Basque country, the Languedoc, Burgundy, the South-East, not forgetting Alsace and Champagne. Also Iberian wines. Reasonably priced bottles, including biodynamic wines. And to complete the range, a delicatessen section: duck rillettes, foie gras, caviar... And let's not forget our beers and spirits.

Artisan-caterers for over 20 years, awarded the "Best Charcuterie in France" label by the Guide de la Charcuterie and France's best apprentice, they delightgourmets,with traditional and gourmet recipes, delicatessen and catering services. All or part of the ingredients are locally sourced: fish, veal, pork, poultry, all raised with respect and cut and prepared to give the best. With ready-made meals and take-away formulas (starter + main course + dessert), with the "home-made" guarantee.

Directly from producers in the Basque country and beyond, Cathy's cheeses invite you to travel. A wide range of ewe's milk cheeses, blue cheeses, bries with truffles, roquefort du berger, reblochon and other fine cheeses, such as a genuine Aubrac Aligot. Also charcuterie and other delicacies such as chorizo, saucisson, ham, pâté basque and a delicatessen with fine references: boudins, goat cheese cookies, piment d'Espelette, piperade... Cathy is the ambassador of these craftsmen and producers.

Sylvie, from the Charente region and settled in the heart of Cambo-les-Bains, is a baker by trade. Her store is full of flavors and sweet smells. It's hard to resist the pralines, cherry cakes, Basque versions of the famous Charente cake, angelica, walnut crunchies, not forgetting the Espelette chilli sweets (the town is very close). You can also enjoy the collection of coffees such as the organic San Antonio from Guatemala and teas with rose petals or blood orange, the result of a rigorous selection.
