Nelly and David have fallen under the spell of Cambo-les-Bains. A pastry chef by trade, David has surrounded himself with a young, dynamic brigade. In the bustle of this bakery, the team is busy from dawn to dine on some fifteen different breads, Basque cakes and other delicious sweet treats, all made on the premises and guaranteed fresh. Their "house" specialty: chocolate marbré. A local business, close to home, and... quality!
