It was passion that led Dorian to set up his own distillery of gins, vodkas, liqueurs (mint and coffee) and other spirits in 2019, and he is now enjoying great success with wine merchants, delicatessens and connoisseurs. He distills with precision "sous vide", i.e. at low temperature, unlike industrial brands; in this way, the taste of the plants is sublimated as the aromas are respected. As a result, he has developed a range of top-quality spirits that make all the difference, and also offers exclusive creations on request.

Ura Spirits is a distillery located in Biarritz, in the heart of the Basque coast, facing the Atlantic Ocean. Combining tradition and modernity, it offers a variety of spirits made from low-temperature vacuum distillation of all its botanicals, inspired by both local customs and the surrounding nature. If you run a bar or restaurant, you have the opportunity to collaborate with the distillery to enrich your selection. What's more, if you want to celebrate an event with a personalized touch, the establishment can create a bespoke spirit, reflecting a place, season or personality of your choice. You can even request the distillation of a specific plant or fruit, as in honor of a family rose planted for generations. An unmissable destination for wine and spirits enthusiasts!
