Place Clemenceau is home to the boutique of pastry chef Thierry Bamas, MOF since 2011. A year earlier, he became world champion in frozen desserts. While he already excels in Bayonne and Anglet, what this creative pastry chef lacked was an intense venue close to the sea. Here, you can enjoy cakes, chocolates... as well as the brand's famous ice creams. Bamas is also a dessert school, where you can share the chef's expertise and impress your guests by learning or perfecting your technique. All levels.
