This artisan ice-cream maker, the only one in the Basque region to hold the Glaces Artisanales de France label and winner of the Talents gourmands 2017 competition, offers refreshing sweets with flavors as classic as they are singular. Manufactured to a demanding quality charter, Bastidarra milk, sorbets made with 45% fruit, flavors adapted to the seasons (including, of course, must-haves like dark chocolate sorbet, cremino, lemon meringue, raspberry...), not forgetting logs and frozen pastries.
