WE: 2 artisan chocolatiers-biscuit-makers-glaciers-cooks... for over 10 years. Mathilde and Guillaume, 2 enthusiasts of taste and chocolate, combine their know-how to create dark and milk chocolate bars, P'tit Basque praline-hazelnut bites, caramel spreads, cookies, marshmallow bear paws... all from their Arcangues lab, to the delight of gourmets/gourmands. And grandmother's jams, apricot and strawberry. And don't forget to try our best-selling Basque iced cake, all from their little store in Biarritz.
