Founded in 1895, Maison Pariès is a dynasty of master chocolatiers-pâtissiers-confiseurs who have passed on the family know-how for 5 generations. The famous ^Kanougas®, the house signature, the astonishingly crunchy ^Espelines®, the ^Mouchou® (Basque for "kiss"), the unmissable Basque cakes... Basque delicacies (Basque cakes, Mouchou®, Kanougas®, Touron...) - Chocolates - Pastries (to order) - Ice creams. Winter: open daily from 9am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 7pm. Summer: open daily from 9am to 7:30pm. Variable opening hours available on site. EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) and EFC (Entreprises Familiales Centenaires) labels. The products are delicious, really. You can only regret sometimes I say well sometimes lack smile of the saleswomen, however are friendly and it is the main one.
