A jealously guarded recipe handed down from generation to generation, today Andoni and Miguel Telleria-Adam are the guardians of tradition, while at the same time innovating. These delicious, soft, melt-in-the-mouth macaroons, the only genuine "Pare Gabea", are handmade every day using family know-how and the full range of Basque cakes, chocolates, shortbread, soft cakes and praline spreads.
