Historically based in Urrugne with its production workshop and direct sales, this institution has expanded: it also has a boutique in Les Halles de Biarritz and, more recently, the Paul & Louis tasting counter. Between hams, terrines, pâtés, foies gras... and wines, you're spoilt for choice when it comes to discovering the savoir-faire of this house, highlighted by our 2 young caterers who officiate at the counter.
