Pascal Moustirats began as an apprentice pastry chef at Heynard, before moving to Paris to apprentice as a chocolatier at Robert Linxe's La Maison du Chocolat. He then spent 3 years at Ladurée before returning home. Pascal's Noir range includes chocolate bonbons, ganaches, pralines and a host of chewy chocolates. In the tearoom: hot chocolate, teas and coffees, and homemade ice creams. 3 stores now with tearoom.
