Self-taught and passionate about chocolate, Virginie, the founder, invented her own chocolate, which led her to discover plantations in Costa Rica, Vietnam, Mexico... in all, a dozen producing countries supply the world's finest cocoas. From her workshop in Tarnos, our chocolatière creates a multitude of combinations for our pleasure, which can be found in her chocolate cellar, as well as creations by other artisan chocolatiers in the heart of Bayonne.
