ETXE GOXOAN
Anglet, Ciboure, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and now Bayonne, at the foot of the cathedral, in this little rue des Gouverneurs and in petit Bayonne. Since 2018, Etxe Goxoan has come a long way, renowned for the quality of its breads, and in just a few years has multiplied its number of stores in the Basque Country. Sourdough bread, rye pie, cereal bread, not forgetting variations with buckwheat, small spelt, apricots, hazelnuts... When it comes to Viennese pastries and cakes, Bertrand maintains the same priority: the taste and quality of his basic products.
