Topa cider ("the meeting" in Basque) is an exceptional beverage. A long-standing tradition in the Basque country, Topa cider has now found its rightful place as a traditional nugget at the Brasserie du Pays Basque in Bardos. Topa cider, which can be found on fine tables, in wine shops and delicatessens, is made from over a dozen varieties of apples grown in the orchards of the Basque Country. Its fruity, aromatic character comes from 4 months of natural fermentation at low temperature. Numerous awards.
