In the heart of the mysterious Monts de Lacaune, the small town of Lacaze and its 300 souls seems to have come straight out of a tale. Its thousand-year-old alleys and its medieval castle rebuilt in the 16th century exude an irresistible charm that does not leave indifferent the walkers who venture there. If the commune is a perfect place to stroll from the first glimmer of sunlight, the surroundings also have a few arguments. In particular, we advise you to go and discover the small Gothic rural chapel of the tower of Saint-Jean-del-Frech from the 16th century or the spectacular trout jumping waterfall at Saint-Michel-de-Léon.
