Close to the Mérignac Soleil shopping center, this is the address of the Bordeaux canelé specialists. We love their crispy caramelized shells, which conceal a soft interior flavored with rum and vanilla. The canelés keep for a few days, but it's hard to resist devouring them all! The brand also prepares other delicious treats, such as caramels with canelés and canelés-flavored spreads.
