For a drink, lunch or dinner, choose the terrace, or the modern setting and warm ambience of the dining room. The bistronomic cuisine of Hervé Castex and his team uses fresh, local, seasonal produce. The menu is short, but the daily suggestions complement it perfectly. Traditional recipes are revisited with brio, and the plates are carefully crafted to please both the eye and the palate.
