This establishment offers a concept combining restaurant, cocktail bar and wine bar, on a green terrace on the top floor of the O'Spa Care and Wellness center in Mérignac. For lunch in the sunshine or a cosy dinner indoors, come and enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere with family, friends or colleagues. Here, chef Clément Gambini concocts a creative and refined cuisine, combining tradition and modernity. He uses fresh, local and seasonal produce in a variety of menus and dishes with different colors and flavors. What's more, it offers a new menu every week. In the evening, discover a menu of tapas and dishes to share with friends and family. On Sundays, book a "brunch and spa" for an exceptional moment of relaxation. Take a gentle break and indulge in the relaxed atmosphere of the Roof Bar O'Bistroy. Make every moment a pure pleasure by savoring signature cocktails, with or without alcohol, craft and local beers, or wines, teas or coffees accompanied by mignardises.
