In the Auzou house, this is the year of chocolate! Chocolate passion has been transmitted for almost a century. Ah, the joy of seeing the chocolate fountain and feeling this good smell of cocoa. The Auzou house has brought to the market a gourmandise that existed more than twenty years ago, a specialty of the family home: the Zouzou d’Auzou, a new formula chosen by Charles and Sonia Auzou, who are commanders of the Brotherhood des Chocolatiers de France. It’s a sweet chocolate candy and crispy nougatine. Among the novelties are the ganache of New Guinea, new pralines, and Christmas chocolate with rose petals. The Auzou house also has shops in Rouen and Evreux.

Il est dommage que le passionné a fait place au business man, en surfant notamment sur la vague du macaron (merci grand-mère Auzou !).
Il est vrai que ceux-ci sont absolument divin. Mais est-ce normal de pratiquer des prix aussi hallucinants ? D'ailleurs, ces prix n'ont pas augmenter depuis près de dix ans (1 Euro le minuscule macaron). Comme quoi, il avait d'entrée, placé la barre très haute.
