It's a sweet chocolate candy and crispy nougatine. Among the novelties, the ganache of New Guinea, new pralines and Christmas chocolate with rose petals. The Auzou house also has shops in Rouen and Evreux.

The famous Vendéenne teacher opened a delicious boutique in the centre of Le Havre last year. Founded in 1989 in the association des Relais Desserts International, the brand offers tasting and tasting boxes, tablettes, florentine, mojettes and other chocolate delicacies created with passion and know-how. You can find the griffe chocolates here: chocolate chips, chocolate almonds, thistles à, orange tail, powder chocolate, nature or spicy, and a collection of fine chocolates.
