The store features no fewer than 400 different cheeses, most of them traditional farmhouse and artisanal, selected for their quality and originality. They are matured in cellars in Machecoul in the Loire-Atlantique region, Pascal Beillevaire's homeland. The cheese dairy also makes its own cheeses (Machecoulais, Mojette, Brun de noix, Rocher Nantais, Secret du Couvent and Pont d'Yeu), as well as a wide range of fresh products such as raw butter and cream. A welcoming smile and good advice are a plus.

Personnel très agréable et serviable. Leur plateau mixte était parfait pour 4 personnes et les quantités parfaites! Leur étalage de fromages est varié, attrayant et propre. Très agréable fromagerie!

Plusieurs plateaux mixte ( charcuterie / fromage ) commandés pour un événement professionnel. La fromagerie s'est adaptée à mon budget, et à su me proposer des plateaux très jolis et bien fournis, avec des produits de qualité. Je recommande !

We had the most amazing four-tier wedding cheesecake from Beillevaire. They spoke excellent English and we were able to select the cheeses and have it delivered to our venue on the day. Would recommend for all Bordeaux wedding cheesecakes! Thank you!
