Here is a butcher's shop that had a strange history in 2021: after having been CEO of an important meat wholesaler company in Pessac, Antoine Gonzalez, 71 years old, bought the butcher's shop he had acquired at the age of 25 and sold it in 1986 to Pascal Sepeau who had retired... He joined in this adventure with his best friend, Philippe Guermeur, a former restaurateur and also retired. He is a true butcher who loves his job. This is probably why he has put his apron back on and sharpened his knives for the pleasure of his customers.
